- 8 black peppercorns -

- 1/2 tsp cumin powder -
- 1 1/2 tsps redchilli powder -
- 2 tbsps yoghurt -
- 1/2 tsp redchilli flakes -
- 1 lemon juice -
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder -
- 1 tbsp methi kasoori -
- 1/2 tsp garam masala -
- 1/2 cup cream -
- 3/4 kg basmati rice
- mint coriander leaves and
- 2 Greenchilli
- 1/4 cup milk saffron with -

- In a pan add oil ,clove,cinnamon,cardomom,peppercorns ,onion , saute well brown then add gingergarlicpaste, tomatoes , cook till mushy then add all powders cook till all raw smell goes then add chicken coat well then add yoghurt cook till done then finally add lemon juice , kasoorimethi , cream
- wash ans soak the rice and cook till 3/4done
- Take a large pot spread ghee at the bottom layer with half of chicken masala then layer with rice , corianderleaves,mint leaves slit greenchilli again layer with masala n rice finally top with ghee n fried nuts and saffron soaked milk...and dum for 15 mins......
